What is it like?
2 Corinthians 3:17 tells us where the presence of the Lord is there is Freedom. We welcome you to
worship freely with us, we are all broken people seeking Jesus, together. Our worship is some of the old hymns mixed with the most contemporary favorites, it varies, but everything we do we do to lift up the name of Jesus. Brother Josh Harper preaches with compassion and energy that can only come from the anointing of the Lord. Our pastor loves his Church family and wants nothing more than for you to leave our church feeling closer to the Lord and with a better understanding of His Word than you had when you arrived.
What about my kids?
The kids are not only a part of the Church of tomorrow but very much a part of the Church of today and we take this seriously, providing opportunities for our children to have the Word poured into them every week. Sunday School at 10 am on Sundays we have classes for ALL ages. During Sunday Worship & the Word we provide nursery for 2-4yr olds. Weds Nights are our YOUTH focused classes, ALL ages have a place on Weds nights, from the smallest to the oldest, we encourage our youth to plug in and get in the Word.
Where do I park?
Being on the Square in downtown Mount Ida, the early birds get the best spots, all around the square, directly in front of our building and down by the bank. Come Early!!
What do I wear?
Come as you are. We are not about a dress code or denominational guidelines, we are about seeking Jesus and drawing closer to him. Jeans, shorts, overalls or dress and suite, we just want you to worship Jesus with us.
