Josh and Lori Harper
Founding Pastors

Josh and Lori Harper live on their small farm in Story with their teenage son, Jedidiah. Their two oldest girls, Reagon and Kendall, both nurses, are now married and they welcomed their first grandchild, Chandler Blake in December of 2023.

Josh began preaching in 2004 and founded Community Outreach church in 2011. In 2012, Lori founded the Sharing Jed Foundation, a non profit ministry focused on supporting the needs of childhood cancer patients and those without proper food, shelter and care.

Josh serves on the board of The Fathers House recovery ministry, and Lori has served ten years on the board of the Montgomery County food pantry.

Josh loves to hunt and fish and Lori loves a good flea market but that pales in comparison to their love for Jesus and reaching people with the gospel.

Matthew and Carrie Jo Cook
Associate Pastors

Matthew & Carrie Jo Cook are from Kirby, AR. They have been married 23 years and are the parents of their three beautiful daughters, Mackenzie, Mikaila, & Montana and son-in-law, Colby. The light of their eyes is their brand new granddaughter, Caroline Jo!

As the associate pastor & youth leader, they are very active in Community Outreach Ministries. They love, adore, and enjoy supporting their children in all of their endeavors and spoiling their grandbaby!

But the most important thing for them is their love for the Lord and sharing Jesus with as many people as possible!

Blake and Randi Hickman
Youth Pastors

Blake and Randi Hickman live in Mount Ida. After meeting at a small church in Hot Springs, they knew Mount Ida would be where they would lay down roots, finally landing on the farm Randi grew up on.

Blake and Randi have three children, Preston, Bristol, and Barrett who keep them busy between racing, cheering, and ball games.
If they aren’t at an event, you will find them at church with their church family and youth kids whom they love dearly.

Their desire is to shine the light of Jesus for anyone they may meet.
